A project manager is responsible for managing the construction project life cycle from start to finish.

Our project managers occupy a central role throughout the development process from preparing and maintaining a project execution plan which identifies specific roles and responsibilities of all stakeholders including the Client, Professional Team, the Contractor and specialist Sub-Contractors and Suppliers; to establishing review, approval, variation and reporting procedures. It is then the responsibility of the designated project manager to liaise with all stakeholders in order to drive forward the successful completion of the project, using skills and experience to manage any constraints that may arise relating to cost, schedule and specifications.
